Where are classes held?

Classroom is located at 913D Beal Parkway NW, Ft Walton Beach (Wright Plaza Shopping Center, (Racetrack and Beal) by Sugar Mill Café and Family Dollar store).

How do I register?

Visit the Class Registration page and complete the form online, making sure to submit. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with directions to the classroom.

What if I didn't register, can I still start the class?

Registration is requested, but not required. You may register at the first class. Fees are due at first class meeting. Payments are accepted either by cash or check only.

What is the cost for licensing classes?

Sales Associate Pre-licensing... $275 includes books
Broker Pre-licensing... $400 includes books
Sales Associate Post-licensing... $225 includes books
Broker Post-licensing... $400 includes books

When and how do I pay?
